Location, cleanliness of the hotel even the toilets at reception were always spotless. Efficiency of the all the staff without exception. Food with some of the best I have had fresh well cooked, (even better than some restaurants I have visited).
Nothing ~ couldn't fault the hotel at all.

Thank you for the thoroughly enjoyable stay for a longer visit next time. The location is magnificent and fab, and the area is well-kept next door to bars and cafés. Its around 10-15 minutes walk from China Garden, spent evening there.

It was immaculately clean with very hard working staff on the reception desk. The location was best possible, right by a lovely promenade which is nice to stroll along taking in the clever sand sculptures and lovely sea view, and the restaurant from Playa 1, the beach was close to the venue.

It's based right in the heart of the city and near Stardust. The rooms are spacious for music and the staff are exceptional.

We had twin room, and it was fully-equipped with a great hairdryer. The location was best possible in a very nice area, short walk to Benidorm is filmed as well as mad clubs. Found a place called Restaurante Ducado, set very close to the hotel, ate there a few times.
Facilities were very good, however Wi-Fi was disappointing.

This property was fairly clean and pleasant! The staff were all amazing and provided polite service. The location was brilliant for traveling around Benidorm, near a local shop, and Finestrat beach where there are amazing sunsets.

Good choice for nightlife with fast wi-fi. Well-equipped units and very friendly staff from the Restuarant manager to the chambermaids. Warm and gorgeous breakfasts for beer.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered twin room with showers. The hotel's location was marvellous and fantastic to the very clean beach.

Well-appointed unit with the third bed crammed in. Lovely cooked breakfast - scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon. Marvellous location near the entertainment, close to bars and taverns.

I will be back thanks to very central location. Gorgeous fairly clean property, it has amazingly efficient and extremely friendly staff especially the manager who makes you feel really welcome. Decent sized and fully functional rooms come with fresh towels, another bed had been forced in plus the balcony.
